The Fluorescent Avidin Kit contains 500 µg of three fluorescent avidin products: Fluorescein Avidin DCS, Texas Red® Avidin D and AMCA Avidin D. This selection provides for the option of performing triple fluorescent labeling since Fluorescein Avidin DCS is yellow-green (excites at 495 nm and emits at 515 nm), Texas Red® Avidin D is deep red (excites at 595 nm and emits at 615 nm), and AMCA Avidin D is blue (excites at 350 nm and emits at 450 nm). The kit supplies enough of each derivative to label 250-500 sections or cell suspensions.
