| The Vector® M.O.M.™ Fluorescein kit, FMK-2201, contains a general nonspecific blocking solution, a novel agent to block endogenous mouse immunoglobulin, a proprietary biotinylated anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody, as well as Fluorescein Avidin DCS. This M.O.M.™ Fluorescein kit, like the M.O.M.™ Peroxidase kit, is easy to apply and eliminates the background problems usually encountered when detecting mouse primary antibodies on tissues of mouse origin. The Vector® M.O.M.™ Fluorescein kit provides an alternative method of detecting mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue sections in a convenient kit format. |
| This Vector® M.O.M.™ kit contains sufficient stock reagents to provide approximately 25 ml of working solution, which is usually enough to stain about 250 mouse tissue sections. |
