VECTREX® AAL contains Aleuria aurantia lectin for binding nucleic acids labeled with fucose using either FastTag™ Fucose or the 5’ EndTag™ Labeling System. Elution is easily accomplished with L-fucose. Binding and elution can be performed at physiological pH and salt concentrations. The VECTREX® AAL Binding and Elution kit contains 1 ml of VECTREX® AAL, binding buffer, and elution solution containing L-fucose.
