| In addition to the reagents listed above, the Vector® M.O.M.™ Peroxidase kit, PK-2200, includes the VECTASTAIN® Elite ABC Reagent to provide a highly sensitive enzyme detection system. Any peroxidase enzyme substrate can be used to obtain the desired color reaction. This Peroxidase kit is effective on both frozen and paraffin embedded mouse tissues. The kit is equally as effective on tissue sections that have undergone high temperature antigen unmasking. |
| This Vector® M.O.M.™ kit contains sufficient stock reagents to provide approximately 25 ml of working solution, which is usually enough to stain about 250 mouse tissue sections. |
