ImmPACT™ DAB is an entirely new formula for a diaminobenzidine-based peroxidase substrate. This formula provides a significantly enhanced signal over conventional DAB substrates. Recommended for both manual and automated staining methods, the ImmPACT™ DAB working solution is stable for at least 5 days at room temperature and for at least two weeks when stored refrigerated. This unique DAB formula develops faster on tissue sections and has a much more intense color with any peroxidase detection system than other commercially available DAB preparations. This substrate consists of 120 ml of diluent and a concentrated stock solution of high intensity DAB.
