This substrate is ideal for enzyme immunoassays using alkaline phosphatase enzyme detection systems. The reagent is supplied in a stabilized concentrate which produces about 360 ml of working solution. The soluble bright yellow color of the reaction product is quantitated at 405-420 nm, providing an excellent reagent for microtitration plate readers.
